I'm submitting a patch to fix this. When cloning the set of inputs, the new js
increments the IDs of each form field (to keep them unique) and automatically
selects the option that was selected in the cloned group.

A couple of other enhancements I wondered about: should we at the same time
increment the volume and barcode fields? i.e. Vol. 1 becomes Vol. 2, 27000235
becomes 27000236?
