Since v4.29 of CGI::Session the CGI::Session::serialize::yaml is no more
included in CGI::Session
So it has to be explicitly installed.
The dependency must be added to Makefile.PL & about.pl

without it you can't reach the login screen and get a nasty 
"Auth ERROR: Cannot get_session()"
