koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/prog/en/modules/opac-detail.tmpl -- Similar locale syntax
on lines 51, 315, 327, 474, 492, 504, 549.

Results: Amazon 'Search Inside' links and Amazon 'Reviews' links redirect to
incorrect Amazon locale.
