There are, in fact, three valid values, though the labels are a bit misleading.
 Explanation of the three modes is available in the 3.0 manual.  BibLibre, can
you either patch the french sysprefs to include the third value or declare that
no french-speaking library would care to use the third option, allowing us to
close this bug ?
