As DelItem does it stuffs, when you use DelItem it does not check if there is
any issue on the item, and delete it.

In additem.pl in the "delitem" part, all the checks are done, but all those
checks must be done in the API, not in the module, it's just needed to move it
in a C4::Item function and return a check error code.
