The above URL is for the local server, which was reloaded on 11/12. You need to
tunnel to their server. This problem can also be seen on demo2 at
pisd-staff.load.kohalibrary.com, which was the first test load.
Clicking the shelf browse function in the OPAC results are always empty. The
library does have shelving locations and the OPACshelfbrowser preference is
turned on. We thought it might be missing indexes, but Michele ran all indexes
on the reload. I also added an item not in the load to see if this made a
difference but it did not.
Although I do not see this in any other load I've worked on Michele feels this
is a bug. Given Plano ISD's importance as an account I wanted to be sure it was
looked at.
