After data migration from 22 to 30, field  biblio.frameworkcode is empty so
bibliographic entries aren't connected to their previoulsy defined framework,
but all to default framework. 
Reproduced in at least 2 migrations.
Script movemarc2biblioitems.pl to be corrected ?
