patch showing some potential database changes

Here's a patch showing some of the database changes I think I'll need so far.
It contains some new tables to hold summary record information and some new
fields in old tables like items. I don't think the changes to the MARC
framework are complete. I expect more changes to that.

Feel free to let me know if there are any collisions I'm likely to have with
upcoming changes for other projects, or of any problems with this
implementation.

Please ignore the database version number; since I'm not ready to submit the
changes, I have not requested a database version number. I'll do that when I
get closer to being done.
