Can you verify that after the first batch was reverted, enough time was allowed
for indexing to catch up?

If not, this is a general case of the problem where the Zebra index can contain
bibs that are no longer in the MySQL database.  Having C4::Search check for
this would solve the functional problem, although at a performance penalty.
