It seems currently not possible to define a total amount loanable for a given
patron category AND default library when several libraries are defined.
For instance  : a patron can borrow x documents of y document types in each
library, but a maximum of z cumulated documents for all libraries.
The limitation currently taken into account is that defined for one particular
library ; when none is defined for one library, but one for default library,
there is no active limitation.
