When you enter an empty "Next issue publication date", a NULL value is put in
the database, so when you want to receive new issues, a "koha error" is
expected :
Date::Calc::Delta_Days(): not a valid date at
/home/nahuel/Workspace/koha/C4/Serials.pm line 1799.

And then, if you check the box "Manual history", firstly, when you come back in
the form there is no more checked, but the "Subscription history" part is not
shown.

The bug exists in HEAD and 3.0
