Auxiliary bugs: 
(1) prompts to enter email address w/o using email from user profile.  Should
at least provide an option or pre-populate w/ user's addy.
(2) email refers to "your cart" even though the address may not be related.  It
may be a friend or librarian who is the recipient.

Note: I test the message portion of the email and it appears to be able to send
UTF-8 just fine.  Focusing on iso attachment.

   This is a test.
