In the normal view in the staff client in the list of holdings for a title, the
first column displays the item type. If the item type assigned to the item
record has an image linked to it in the item type table the image appears in
the column but if no image is linked then the value from 942$c (or nothing if
that field is null) is displayed there rather than the item's item type. The
item's item type should display there whether or not an image has been assigned
to the item type or not. 

This is reproduceable on any 3.01.00.03 dbs.
