When you do not return a document in its home branch, and use the option
IndependantBranches as "ON",
The document is not returned to this branch(good), but the holding branch
changed to this new branch(why?).
If independantbranches is set as "ON", the document must be returned to the
HomeBranch and do not change of holding branch.
