In databases where the biblionumber is not necessarily the same as the
biblioitemnumber, the list of a patron's current hold requests could display
the wrong title for certain title-level holds.  This was caused by a call of
GetBiblioItemData() that was passed the biblionumber instead of the
biblioitemnumber.
