The circulation history that is available when viewing a title in the staff
client is no longer limited to the last 3 patrons. Koha appears to have no
limit as to the number of past checkouts that it keeps which creates privacy
issues for some libraries. 

Can the 3 patron limit be restored, or a new system preference added so each
library can control how many past checkouts will be kept?
