Ryan: the commit for bug 2342
(http://git.koha.org/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=Koha;a=commitdiff;h=085f329d7aa947646b9ccee52a293b9c8dd7c640),
which was pushed 12 July 2008, added back "mc-" as a qualifier for collection
code and item type limits.  Note, however, that it includes a fix to
ccl.properties to define mc-itype, etc., which would not have been applied in
an active installation without 'make update_zebra_conf' being run.  Is it
possible that the Koha databases in question need to have ccl.properties (and
other Zebra config files) brought up to date?
