If I create a new patron and leave the opac login and password fields blank,
the newly created record shows nothing as the login and "undefined" as the
password. If you then edit the newly-created record and save it without making
any changes, you'll find that the opac login has been auto-generated from the
patron's name.

Opac login should be autogenerated upon add AND edit, or in neither case. As
long as it's consistent.
