This was reported by a customer and I tested and got the same bug.

The '(edit_notice_status_triggers) Set notice/status triggers for overdue
items' permissions are set and yet you get an error 'Error: Unauthorized
userclick to log out' when trying to reach the 'Overdue notice/status triggers'
