When a transfer/hold pops up when checking items in in bookdrop mode or forgive
fines mode, the bookdrop mode disappears. It should remain until I uncheck it.

See screenshots.  Dropbox mode stays checked with the hold message up - but it
goes away once I confirm the hold.
