Three new "Searching" system preferences have been added to Koha. 
Each restricts a certain aspect of the staff area search results.

  viewMARC - boolean toggle to enable MARC view
  viewLabeledMARC - boolean toggle to enable Labeled MARC view
  viewISBD - boolean toggle to enable ISBD view

The attached SQL file adds these three preferences to the Koha
systempreferences table.

By default, all three viewing options are enabled.
