Additional information:

Description : We have located another place where bug 2747 pulls item type
information from the Bib rather than the Item record. (Prior support request
#1569 for more information about this issue.)  If there is item type
information in the 942 $c, the table displays it, when it should pull data from
the item record.

The errant table is located in the patron record on the "On Hold" tab.
