Now that there is a tab for Serials preferences we should probably move these
preferences to that tab:


OPACDisplayExtendedSubInfo       If ON, extended subscription information is
displayed in the OPAC      

OPACSubscriptionDisplay          Specify how to display subscription
information in the OPAC    

RenewSerialAddsSuggestion       if ON, adds a new suggestion at serial
subscription renewal     

SubscriptionHistory     Define the display preference for serials issue history
in OPAC
