When editing a bibliographic record with any framework in IE6, the first
subfield in each field is displayed on the same line as the subfield label.

The following subfields in the field are are displayed with the label and the
editing control on separate lines.

The width of the editing control is limited to about 30 characters.

This looks something like:

245   - TITLE
 a  Title <text field>
 b  Remainder of title
     <text field>
 c  Statement of responsibility, etc
    <text field>
 h   Medium
    <text field>
