Dewey call numbers are not splitting correctly on spine labels. However, this
problem is not happening consistently in a label batch. Some call numbers split
properly while others do not.

I have also attached a PDF file showing the spine labels for a label batch
where only 2 of the 9 call numbers split correctly.
