When creating a guided report in IE7 with the Guided reports wizard, step 3 of
6 where the reporter chooses columns to include contains an available and a
selected list. When adding columns to the selected list, the list is about 5
characters wide and does not show the names of the columns. Entries are added
to the list but they're empty. The report itself is built correctly.
