Just an update on this.  While the report is pulling the call number from the
items table - it is only pulling the call number of the first item, not a
specific item.  This means that my patch which adds the barcode does not add
the barcode of the right item per-se, but just the first item, like the call
number.  Is it possible that the Holds Queue and Holds to Pull lists should be
merged into one report that shows what's on hold and available for patrons?
