Proposed fix

Borrowernumber was getting pulled by Suggestions.pm as "borrnumsuggestedby,"
which I added to the template. Suggestions.pm appeared to be pulling branchcode
as well, but it wasn't coming through to the template. I thought it might be a
variable name problem, so I renamed it "branchcodesuggestedby" and that worked.
