The only way to disable Amazon Reviews is to disable the whole
Amazon stuff with OPACAmazonEnabled syspref. A new syspref is needed
to disable selectively Amazon Reviews: OPACAmazonReviews, as 
OPACAmazonCoverImages disable selectively Amazon book cover.
