The OPAC does not place a space (or any delimiter) between subfields a and b of
a 110/710 field if XSLT is on.  I found a way to add the space by adding a
<xsl:text> </xsl:text> line near the end of the MARC21slimUtils.xsl file.  I'm
including this in a patch file with other XSLT fixes.
