The test t/ Dates.t have a minor problem if it can't use the DB.
The number of cycles are not correct so it finds errors.
But it isn't a blocking error

I have insert same more data and fix the number of cycles.

The patch is in the attach.
I create the diff with the command 'git diff'

Is it the diff correct ?
