In staff mode, when displaying a catalog record, if you go to the Items tab and
click on Accession Date: (under History), you get an error:

Can't use string ("0") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at
/home/koha/kohaclone/acqui/orderreceive.pl line 192.

This seems to be related to the problem reported in bug 2919, but that patch is
loaded on the system and the problem still exists.
