For those libraries with patron categories based on age, it would help to have
these codes automatically changed based on the patron's birth date. The patron
category code has the minimum and maximum age. However, it's missing a field
where the library can enter the "rollover" code which needs to be entered in
the patron record once the patron has exceeded the maximum age for his/her
current category.
