Pushed patches implementing AWS request signing to HEAD.

A new syspref, AWSPrivateKey, is added to store the AWS Secret Access Key. 
Users of enhanced content from Amazon can obtain or generate their Secret
Access Key by visiting http://aws.amazon.com/.  Requests for non-book-cover
enhanced content from Amazon will not work after 2009-08-15 unless
AWSPrivateKey is set.
