Either way there is a design issue then - if I click on 'E' on the patron page
I expect to see the results listed with the things that match the 'E' first --
so E should show me all patrons with the Last name of E and then Last name
should be first -- or it should show me all patrons with First name of E and
then First name should be first.

If First name is first - then there shouldn't be a comma after the first and
before the last name ... cause that makes no sense.
