When you select Attach Item from the Edit menu on a bib record, the page that
appears (cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/moveitem.pl) should have a note on it that
you are actually moving the item from one bib to another - attach implies that
it can be attached to both the old record and the new.  

I'm not however suggesting we change the language on the Edit menu - because it
makes sense when you're on the bib record that you want to attach a new item to
it - I just think we need a bit more of a warning/note to make it clear that
the cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/moveitem.pl file will move the item off of the old
bib record.
