Why is there a drop-down menu on this page at all? You have to get to this page
via a specific vendor's details page, right? So the vendor is already
pre-selected. The vendor drop-down only has one choice.

Or am I not seeing a way to reach this interface which would allow you to
choose from multiple vendors?
