When managing suggestions, if you display the additional filters several form
fields are missing or display no data:

- "Suggested on:" attempts to display a variable (without a form field),
"<!--TMPL_VAR Name="suggesteddate"-->"

- "Management date:" attempts to display a variable (without a form field),
"<!--TMPL_VAR Name="manageddate"-->"

- "Suggested by" offers only "any" in the drop-down (should this be a drop-down
menu?)

- "Managed by" offers only "any" in the drop-down even though suggestions exist
which have been managed.

- "Accepted by" offers only "any" in the drop-down even though suggestions
exist which have been accepted.

- The "book fund" drop-down displays only "Any," even though budgets are
defined.
