When no results are found for an OPAC search it would be nice to show a link
that says search amazon instead and pull the amazon results into the OPAC
(using the API) with buttons next to them that say 'SUGGEST' so that the patron
can then automatically send a suggestion to the librarians - they click suggest
and a suggestion goes into Acq automatically with the info from Amazon.  

This way the user never leaves the OPAC (library site) and the library gets
ideas for improving their collection.
