After upgrading to the latest HEAD: 3.01.00.100 I am unable to search for
authority records.  I am able to see the authorities by entering their unique
URL (staff and opac) but I cannot search for authorities - I am always
presented with a 'no authorities found' message.

I have rebuilt zebra several times and can search for catalog records - and the
logs for the rebuild process show no errors.

I asked on list if anyone else has issues but got no answers, so I just wanted
to report the bug so that it's recorded.
