Image of proposed groupings

I have uploaded an image of a proposed grouping. I was trying to stay
consistent with the administration menu.  Should any of the categories be
renamed?  Do any of the links belong in a different category?  Should we break
up any categories or add more categories? (ie. Acquisitions - possibly
containing the Label links.)

I also propose the we rename "Modify a query set of items" and "Delete a query
set of items" to something like "Batch Item Modification" and "Batch Item
Deletion" to keep those links adjacent.

Also, we might want to rename "Manage Staged MARC Records" to "Staged MARC
Record Management" to keep it adjacent to "Stage MARC Records for Import."
