  - this sounds like the results of a guided report

"mark some of those titles for 'weeding' but not others"
  - take the results of a report and add them to a cart where some can be
removed? I don't know. It would certainly be nice to be able to "pipe" the
results of a guided report to the new batch mod/delete tools.

  - Matches the new staff client cart functionality.
