transfers to receive

See attached.  Under the date there is a note that says 'check this transfer'
-- is this supposed to be a checkbox? or a note to say that it's been a long
time since this was transferred? either way it needs to be clearer what this is
and what it means.

/circ/transferstoreceive.pl and under the Date of transfer it says 'check this
transfer' -- um what's that support to be?

formatter clearer

know what it's supposed to say or do and will fix it
