Jesse, these preferences are missing on the Acq tab:

pdfformat
AcqCreateItem 
acquisitions
CurrencyFormat
emailPurchaseSuggestions
gist
OrderPdfFormat
OrderPdfTemplate

Also - I think that AnonSuggestion belongs there instead of OPAC - but I'm okay
with it wherever you leave it.
