Not so simple. This bug has been solved for UNIMARC biblio records when XSLT is
used by this patch:

One recent patch add another solution:

But this patch should be reverted since it induced an insane overhead, on all
html returned by Koha to client browser. I had proposed a similar patch in
February:

Galen rejected it for good reasons.
