Failure to pass the $framework parameter by barcode.pl causes
GetMarcFromKohaField to return 0,0 which breaks the value builder. The patch
submitted corrects this.

This patch is build against the current 3.1.x HEAD, however, this bug also
affects the 3.0.x codebase and should be applied there as well.
