I installed Koha on Ubuntu 8.10, Perl 5.10 this weekend with the following CPAN
based build (and dh-make-perl):

dh-make-perl --build --cpan CGI::Session
dh-make-perl --build --cpan CGI::Session::Serialize::yaml
dh-make-perl --build --cpan CGI::Session::YAML

CGI::Session::Serialize::yaml was built from CPAN without issue. 

Is this resolved now?
