On koha/opac-tags.pl I see 2 problems :

1/Tags are weighted AND ORDERED according to the number of time they occur:
this conveys the same information twice. It seems to me tags should be
alphabetically ordered, and weighted.

2/ in one's account, one sees everyone else's tags as a cloud, but one's own
tags as a list. I think for the sake of consistency, one should alse see one's
own tags as a cloud.
