It looks to me like the "4" in your example is the authorized value you have
defined for your shelving location. It seems the page doesn't even try to pull
the authorized value's description when the location filter is submitted, it
just redisplays the value which was submitted from the location form field. In
order to correct this branchoverdues.pl would have to pull the description for
that authorized value--something I imagine is simple but which I don't know how
to do.
