Patch default koha-httpd.conf file

I recently posted in the koha list a proposal for bandwidth enhancement through
apache configurations for koha default install.

Basically, I propose to use mod_defalte for HTTP compression and mod_expires to
take advantage of browser caching capabilities.

As I explained in http://lists.katipo.co.nz/public/koha/2009-July/019127.html
there are several things that could be optimized (certain image sizes for
example).

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help on this.
